A woman has left social media in awe after revealing her jaw-dropping transformation over just four years.
Toxii, a body modification enthusiast, now boasts a nearly full-body tattoo collection, with the upper half of her body entirely blacked out in ink. But that’s just the start of her radical changes.
She has gone as far as removing her nose, tattooing her eyes and tongue, adding horn-like implants to her forehead, and even splitting her tongue. And for those curious, yes—she keeps her removed body parts in little jars.
In a recent Instagram post, Toxii stunned her followers
She shared a rare before-and-after snapshot of her transformation. The version of her from 2019 is almost unrecognizable, with long blonde hair, minimal makeup, and no visible tattoos or modifications.

Today, with jet-black hair, extensive tattoos, and bold body modifications, she confidently showcases her new look in tiny bikinis, embracing her transformed identity.
“I like to be imperfect, and I think imperfections make you unique,” she shared when explaining her motivation, as reported by The Mirror.
Toxii, who has nearly 160,000 followers on Instagram, was recently interviewed by renowned street artist Devon Rodriguez, who asked her about the most painful aspect of her transformation.

“Did the forehead implants hurt?” he asked, referring to the horn implants.
“No, not at all,” she replied. “I think removing my nose was much worse.”
She explained that the healing process took around eight weeks
Rodriguez then asked the burning question, “Did you keep your nose?”
Without hesitation, she answered, “I have all my body parts in little jars, yeah.”
While many admired her confidence, others were left shocked and confused by her drastic transformation.

“You were so beautiful before,” one commenter wrote. “What made you do this to yourself?”
Another added, “Why do you hate yourself?”
Some even questioned how she underwent so many procedures in such a short time. “I think these decisions are best made over a longer period,” one user suggested. “This quick impulsiveness leads to regret.”
But some responses took a darker turn, speculating about supernatural influences.
“The only explanation for this is that she’s possessed and has a poltergeist controlling her,” one commenter claimed.
Another added, “There’s no need for so much body modification and satanic rituals without the involvement of the unknown.”
Despite the controversy, Toxii continues to embrace her extreme appearance and unapologetic self-expression.
While some debate whether her transformation is empowering, shocking, or otherworldly, one thing is clear—she is fully committed to being her unique self.
Is Toxii’s transformation an act of bold self-expression, or does it raise deeper questions about body modification culture? Do extreme changes like hers reflect true individuality, or is there something more behind the decision? Join the conversation in the comments!
