Tammy Slaton has really surprised her fans with an amazing swimsuit photo where she looks completely different.
The reality TV show 1000-lb Sisters follows the weight loss journeys of sisters Tammy and Amy Slaton.
At the start of the series, Tammy weighed more than 725 pounds (51.8 stone) and needed help walking. She also depended on an oxygen mask.
But as the show progressed, viewers were impressed with her progress.
Now, Tammy has shared a new swimsuit picture showing off her significant weight loss.
People on social media have had strong reactions to the photo.

Tammy recently talked to People about how her weight loss journey has changed her life.
She’s lost 440 pounds (31.4 stone) and now weighs 285 pounds (20.6 stone).
She said, “One of the big changes that I have gone through this past year is probably small to most people.”
She added, “But for me it was huge. Just being able to walk without a walker or be pushed in a wheelchair, and no oxygen. I don’t even sleep with it at night anymore.”
Tammy continued, “Then it was being able to fit in a regular vehicle, front seat, and then the belt buckle, and not have to use an extender now.”
“So I mean, just what seems minor to some people is giant for me.”
Tammy had gastric band surgery in 2022, which involves placing a silicone band called the Lap-Band around the stomach to reduce its capacity and slow down food passage, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
As her life continues to change, Tammy mentioned in a TikTok Q&A that she eventually wants to learn to drive, though she knows it will take time.
She said, “I do want to learn eventually. But right now anxiety’s just a little too much. A lot going on. But baby steps.”
Despite her positive progress, Tammy faced a tough setback last summer when her husband Caleb Willingham passed away.
