Billie Eilish warned some might think the revelation was 'TMI'
Billie Eilish is earning lots of praise online for her candidness after she shared a personal activity she enjoys doing in front of the mirror.
In today's society, the idea of women having their own sexual desires can still make people uncomfortable.
Billie Eilish is actively challenging these taboos with her latest revelation, which she openly admits might be considered 'TMI' or sharing too much information.
The singer of "Angel Eyes" has often voiced her thoughts on the unfair treatment men and women receive, especially those in the spotlight.

She has pointed out how men are rarely criticized for their bodies or for their clothing choices, unlike women who face harsh comments for wearing outfits considered revealing.
At 22 years old, Eilish is clearly fed up with these double standards.
Recently, Eilish opened up about another topic that is often seen as taboo but really shouldn't be—self-pleasure.
In a discussion with Rolling Stone, Eilish mentioned that, although it might be 'TMI,' self-pleasure is an 'enormous' part of her life and has been a 'huge, huge help' for someone dealing with 'extreme body issues and dysmorphia.'
She shared that when she engages in self-love, a.k.a. masturbation, she prefers to do it in front of a mirror.
Why? The singer explains: "Partly because it's hot, but it also makes me have such a raw, deep connection to myself and my body, and have a love for my body that I have not really ever had.
"I got to say, looking at yourself in the mirror and thinking 'I look really good right now' is so helpful…
"I have learned that looking at myself and watching myself feel pleasure has been an extreme help in loving myself and accepting myself, and feeling empowered and comfortable."
The response on social media to Eilish’s admission was immediate.
People are praising Eilish for being 'so real' Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic
One user on X commented, "She's so real for this share actually."
However, not everyone agreed with being so open.
"Some things are better left unsaid," another user expressed.
But Eilish doesn’t see it that way, stating that she talks about sex 'any time' she 'possibly can' and it's her 'favorite topic'.
She elaborates: "My experience as a woman has been that it's seen in such a weird way.
"People are so uncomfortable talking about it, and weirded out when women are very comfortable in their sexuality and communicative in it.
"I think it's such a frowned-upon thing to talk about, and I think that should change. You asked me what I do to decompress?
"That s**t can really, really save you sometimes, just saying. Can't recommend it more, to be real."
