The 'I'll Be Missing You' rapper is currently being detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being apprehended by cops on September 16.
Prosecutors in New York have charged the 54-year-old with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Following Combs' arrest, the outspoken presenter - who has been openly critical of Diddy throughout her career - shared her thoughts on the vile allegations against the controversial rapper.
Williams exclusively told DailyMail: "What is really weird is that I have been told by so many people 'Wendy you called it', including some people from my family who have said the same."
She also spoke about the shocking 2016 surveillance video of Combs physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway that was published by CNN this year.
"You know how I feel about that? It is about time," she continued. "To see this video on TV of [Cassie] getting pummeled… it was just horrific," adding: "But now you have to think, how many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible."

Willliams' statement comes after an awkward video of the Bad Boys record founder on The Wendy Williams Show resurfaced on X (formerly Twitter).
The clip showed the 'Can't Nobody Hold Me Down' musician talking to the host about her son Kevin Hunt Jr., who was 16 at the time.
"And let me tell you something, as the mother of a now 16-year-old," she said before Combs interrupted: "Mhm, who I met backstage, he's a great young man."

Commenters quickly flocked to the old clip to share their opinions on Williams' reaction to Diddy meeting her son, who is now 24, alleging that he was "threatening" her.
"This was him threatening her, and Wendy peeped in this moment," one user alleged, while a second said: "The concerns that must've been running through her head."

Since the arrest, Combs has been denied bail twice but filed a notice of appeal on Monday (September 30) to overturn the ruling.
Houston Lawyer Tony Buzbee revealed on Tuesday (October 1) that 120 more people have come forward with sexual assault allegations against the music mogul that go back more than 20 years.
According to the attorney, who is representing the accusers, the victims include 60 males and 60 females, and 25 were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct. He also said that one of the individuals claimed he was just nine years old at the time of his assault.
"This type of sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation should never happen in the United States or anywhere else," Buzbee said, per Sky News. "This should have never been allowed to go on for so long. This conduct has created a mass of individuals who are injured, scared, and scarred.
“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure, damn sure, we are right before we do that,” he continued, cited by NBC News. “These names will shock you.”
Erica Wolff, a lawyer representing Combs, said in a statement that the rapper "emphatically and categorically" denies the allegations, declaring that they are "false and defamatory," as reported by BBC.
Wolff said Combs "looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation".
