The self-made millionaire now makes around $70,000 a month and owns several properties thanks to her success.
However, while her finances might be looking healthy, there's one area of her life that isn't going quite so well - her personal relationships.
Maddi revealed to news.com.au that her relationship with the boyfriend she was with when she began her career in adult entertainment soon began to suffer.
She revealed that he began treating her "differently" than how he had before, and claims he took issue with her starting to out-earn his salary.
Maddi claimed that before she began her X-rated career, her boyfriend had made more money than her and regularly took her out on dates, but things got problematic when the roles were reversed, as she told the outlet: "He started viewing me as competition."
Despite struggling in the love department, Maddi is adamant that she won't change herself to make any man feel more secure.
Since the age of 14, Maddi has been focused on making money, having worked as an apprentice, an administrator at a golf club, and even as a tattoo artist, as she "always knew" she wanted to earn more than her parents had, in order to be able to enjoy the luxuries she saw her friends have while they were growing up, as well as to "secure [her] future".
Maddi revealed that she's seen the same pattern of insecurities in other men she'd dated, telling the outlet: "I feel like it hurts their egos. They still have this expectation that, as the man, they should hold the financial power in a relationship. I obviously threaten their sense of masculinity in that way."
She also revealed that living in a small town in Western Australia has also not helped matters.
"It’s always been ironic to me that I’ve never had more men frothing over me on the internet than I do now and yet in real life, I have less going on than ever before," she admitted.
Maddi added: "But I’d rather be celibate than with a man that doesn’t support my career."
Despite not having found The One just yet, Maddi is still hopeful to find a man who is successful in his own right, who she can "build an empire with".
Maddi also revealed that people tend to make assumptions about her based on her heavily-tattooed look and unconventional career, when thinking about what she may be looking for in a personal relationship.
She explained: "People tend to look at me, my style, my tattoos and what I do for work and make assumptions about my values. They’re almost never right, I’m a total romantic."
While she may not have found him yet, Maddi's ideal man may just end up arriving when she least expects it.
